During 2005-06 the building went through a 12-month renovation to install new improvements and building systems. In addition, the site received new hardscape, landscape and signage. The result is a clean, crisp, cutting edge 'Green' building, featuring energy efficiency, water conservation, natural light, interior courtyard views, low VOCs and low environmental impact.

This LEED_Registered building features a dramatic front plaza with drought-tolerant landscaping, outdoor seating and a solar-powered water feature.

Four beautiful offices offer healthy, productive work environments, with natural light and views. These work areas were constructed with materials that have low VOCs and environmental integrity.

High ceilings and beautiful colors and finishes create a beautiful, serene, professional environment. New restrooms feature natural light, solar powered faucets, waterless urinals and dual flush toilets. Restrooms also include showers and lockers for individuals who wish to pedal their way to work or for occupants who choose to exercise in the gym on site.

The building shell, site and systems promote energy efficiency and conservation, including Energy Star rated cool roof; EFIS system insulation on exterior walls, a 32KW solar array, high efficiency lighting and more.
